Because we offer both roll and pouch laminating we can be very flexible on sizes that we laminate. We do not have a minimum quantity and will laminate one or as many pieces as you have!
There is no setup charge or hidden fees. Shipping is based on the job cost total and we ship best method. If you need priority shipping or special handling please contact us before you place your order and we will make sure you get what you need. The chart below are the prices for a selection of common sizes to illustrate our pricing. This is in no way the limit of our capability. We can laminate a vast array of sizes. Roll Laminating: Is the most flexible of the two types (pouch or roll) of laminating. Please consider the following options.
Trims available: When talking about roll lamination, you need to consider the trim edges.
- Sealed or Standard: This leaves approximately an 1/8 inch film border around the edge of the paper and is the most common finish as it provide complete protection for the paper. Can also be referred to as 'encapsulated'. Most commonly used for menus or items that need complete protection.
- Flush: As the name implies the film is cut flush to the edge of the paper. Most commonly used for fliers or book covers.
- Unique: We can also perform unique edge trims. Such as large overhanging flaps, or flush cut three sides and sealed edge on the forth. Call and let us know your needs.
- 1.7 mil: Used when a gloss finish is desired. Provide minimum protection while providing a gloss finish.
- 3.0 mil: Provide a sturdy finish and is a very common thickness. Will add a hefty 'feel' to the piece being laminated.
- 5.0 mil: Very sturdy and will make the paper rigid. Used when the item will not be folded. If the item is to be folded (as in a menu) it should be scored first.
- 10.0 mil: This is the thick stuff. Very rigid and heavy duty. About the thickness of a credit card.

Pouch Laminating: We use pouches for common sized cards. Pouch film tends to be more rigid. The following options apply to pouch laminated items
- Film: We offer 5, 7, and 10 mil.
- All pouches that we use come with a slightly rounded corner
- Most common edge finish is sealed. If you need them flush cut you MUST specify and there may be an extra cost.
- Slotted or holed card need extra sealed edge on one edge. This is to accommodate the slot or hole.
- We can provide the loops, clips or lanyards. In most cases this is an extra charge.

All jobs must be confirmed with a quote from us. While the prices in the above table are our actual prices please do not send items to be laminated with out a quote. This protects you and us and we will not start a job without a quote (unless a standing order has been established).
